Q. Why should I participate in State Line Tack’s Rewards Program?
A. Who doesn’t want money back in their pocket to spend on horses? We want to reward you for your loyalty and give you e-certs, coupons, and special offers to help you save on future purchases.
Q. How do I earn points?
A. You can opt in to the Rewards Program by clicking the Rewards button in the bottom left corner of your browser. Join now by creating an account today and making a purchase to start earning points!
Q. Are there any restrictions on earning points?
A. There are no exclusions. You'll earn points on all your Statelinetack.com purchases. Points are awarded based on the final sale price of an item at checkout, after any applicable discounts have been applied.
Q. Can my points ever be deducted?
A. Only if you return an item you purchased. If you return an item within the first 30 days of purchase, we will deduct the total points for that purchase. If you return an item any time after the initial 30 days, we'll just deduct a prorated number of points.
Q. How can I check my points?
A. Once logged into your account, your available points will show at all times on the Rewards widget itself. You can also engage with the widget itself to see all your points and transaction history of earned and spent points, etc.
Q. How do I cash in my points?
A. Points can be applied to your order when you check out. This option can be found under your billing information. Points can only be redeemed on Item subtotals. Rewards points don't cover shipping or taxes.
Q. Will my points ever expire?
A. Unless otherwise noted, points expire 6 months from the date of issuance.
