Registration and Eligibility

The State Line Tack Rewards program ("membership") is open to anyone who provides and maintains a working e-mail address. Communications about the program, including changes, will primarily be delivered electronically by e-mail. By joining the program or by using this program, you agree to the Rules of the program. Your membership is nontransferable and is subject to present and future program rules. Your membership is valid only at Statelinetack.com. Membership begins when you activate your Rider Rewards account at Statelinetack.com. Each eligible user selects their user login ID, used to gain access to the Rewards web site. Upon initial login, Registered Users may change their personal password.

Statelinetack.com may, at any time, terminate or modify the Rewards program by posting the changes on State Line Tack Rewards Program site. All Registered Users of this web site agree that their access to and use of this web site are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Any access is undertaken at the user's own risk. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.

Point Distribution and Redemption

For every $1 spent you will earn 1point. Rewards are available for Registered Users 30 days after order ships. Points can be applied to your order when you checkout. This option can be found under your billing information. Points can be applied to product and shipping costs, but not taxes. Points are not transferable and may only be used by the Registered User to whom they are issued. Points have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward. Unless otherwise noted, points expire 6 months from date of issuance and/or unless you are terminated from the program due to fraudulent behavior and/or have deactivated your account. Any points not redeemed before termination or account deactivation is forfeited. Statelinetack.com will notify the Registered User by email when rewards have been transferred.


Rewards and/or merchandise redeemed under the program are subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. Payment of taxes resulting from these Rewards is the sole responsibility of the Registered User and not Statelinetack.com or any of its affiliates or agents. Statelinetack.com will report earnings under this program in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.

Rewards User Account - Cancellation and Termination

State Line Tack reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program and/or terms and conditions at any time. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed points must be redeemed within one month of the date of termination. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of points, or terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by State Line Tack at its sole discretion. You may cancel your account at any time by notifying Customer Service by e-mail. Cancellation may take from 3 to 5 business days to finalize. Upon cancellation your account will be deactivated. If your Rewards account is canceled or deactivated, you will not receive the point to cash equivalent for unredeemed points. Points have no cash value outside the use of the Rewards program. Any remaining points will be forfeited. If your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months, you cancel your account, or if your account is terminated, all personal information used to create your Rewards account will be removed from the website and permanently erased from our records.

You may view your Rewards account activity online at Statelinetack.com. When you visit this web site or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this web site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
