A larger pear shaped clear cubic zirconia dangles in the middle of a teardrop shaped twisted rope design, while two smaller stones decorate the apex of the drop the middle stone surrounded by a petite silver finished heart shaped setting for a tiny detail in the midst of the pendant. Then necklace pendant hangs on a silver finished bail on a 19 inch princess length chain.
