Half Hopples are designed for use by square gaited trotters, not pacers, and only employ the hopples on the forelegs.
The Zilco Half Hopples - Short Shaft are made with loops constructed from flexible polymer material with a 0.65 inches coated web core for strength. The tubing will withstand cracking and retain its flexibility in low temperatures. This model is suited to US style sulkies. They attach directly to the sulky with a long strap and around the horse's middle with a center strap.
