Hinged door swings open by pulling leather handle. Three inside double hooks to hang items and bottom serves as a shelf. Hang on a rail fence with mounting brackets, can be hung on pipe panel fence (mounting equipment not included), or hang on a flat wall surface with lag screws and washers (not included).
