Oilskin with a brushed cotton quilited cotton plaid lining. It's a great wardrobe addition for a variety of weekend activities. The snap-over storm flap covers the two-way front zipper. The vest has five outside pockets plus two inside pockets, and a Nubuck leather top collar, 2 side vents and side waist tabs.
