The attached cape double protects the shoulders and snap over storm placket covers the two-way zipper. There's a collar-rolled drawstring hood, drawstring waist and inside elastic storm cuffs. The Swagman also has dual-entry outside pockets and two inside pockets, and a cotton plaid lining. Unisex sizing.
