The 76 Shank is a unique, well-balanced design for most disciplines. The angle from the headstall connection to the mouth matches the horses headset, and the angle from the mouth to the rein connection provides a perfect vertical balance for this cheek. These two angles eliminate all undue pressure on the horses mouth unless applied by the rider. The four moving parts of the correction mouthpiece allow the horse to respond to subtle rein pressure. Copper bars encourage salivation.
