SLT700568 BLK

Fits all 1 1/2" webbing.  The stainless steel triangular tensioner holds the webbing tight, deters tearing from impact and allows easy retightening, if the webbing becomes too loose due to impact or stretching from snow and ice load. 
 
Tensioner swivels back and forth and rotates around the plastic insulated post bracket, allowing for up and down grade changes which prevents the tape from bunching in the tensioner.
