Sanft Curved Mouth Hunter D-Bit with Lozenge

The flatter shaped bean lozenge at the center of this D-Bit is kinder in the horses mouth being slightly longer and flatter to lay smoother against the tongue.

Available in Sizes 4 3/4", 5", 5 1/4", 5 1/2", 5 3/4" with a mid-thickness 16 mm thick mouthpiece. D-Ring outside measurement is 4". (New Pony D-Ring sizes 4 1/2" & 4 3/4" mouth with a 2 3/4" D).

The size of the bit is determined by the measurement between the rings. The thickness is measured as the diameter of the mouthpiece at the connection to the ring.
