Description:
Ultra Highlighter adds dramatic glossy highlights to face, eyes, muzzle and muscles. Its anti-static agent helps repel dust and dirt. It will not run in hot weather.
Directions:
- Clean areas on face you want to highlight
- With a clean towel, or hands apply liberally to face, ears and eyes
- Let stand for 30 minutes to absorb into hair fiber
- The longer you leave it on, the better
- Wipe excess with towel
- Reapply as needed
