Rewards program faq

Q. Why should I participate in State Line Tack’s Rewards Program?

A. Who doesn’t want money back in their pocket to spend on horses? We want to reward you for your loyalty and give you e-certs, coupons and special offers to help you save on future purchases.

Q. How do I earn points?

A. Opt in to the rewards program when you checkout. You can find this option under the billing information area in the checkout. You'll start earning points for every $ spent after you enroll in the program. Just for signing up, we will give you bonus points!

Q. Are there any restrictions on earning points?

A. There are no exclusions. You'll earn points on all your Statelinetack.com purchases.

Q. Can my points ever be deducted?

A. Only if you return an item you purchased. If you return an item within the first 30 days of purchase, we will deduct the total number of points for that purchase. If you return an item any time after the initial 30 days, we'll just deduct a pro-rated number of points.

Q. How can I check my points?

A. Just log into your account and click the Point Summary tab to see your current balance, as well as your point history.

Q. How do I cash in my points?

A. Points can be applied to your order when you checkout. This option can be found under your billing information. Points can be applied to product and shipping costs, but not taxes.

Q. Will my points ever expire?

A. Unless otherwise noted, points expire 6 months from date of issuance.
